The Foreign Press Association published a condolence message for veteran journalist and writer Süleyman Ergüçlü.
The association's message read:
“We are deeply saddened by the loss of journalist and writer Süleyman Ergüçlü, a veteran journalist and an elder of our profession who devoted his life to the Turkish Cypriot press.
His dedication to work and his outstanding achievements in journalism will always be an example to younger generations.
As the Foreign Press Association, we will always do our part to keep Ergüçlü's memory alive.
We pray for God's mercy upon our brother Süleyman, and extend our condolences and wishes for patience to the Turkish Cypriot press community and all who loved him.”
